What do you think the hidden treasure is in our March 1st Auction? There is always at least one hidden treasure in estate auctions. Either an auctioneer or cataloger misses and item, it's provenance or illegible signature, or an item is just so beautiful that 2 bidders fight for it beyond the sellers imagination. Why? It is in people's nature to win, sometimes at all costs. We could go on with stories aplenty, but we'll save that for another post. So, what item do you think will go well beyond the auction estimate, we'd like to know.
